Where We Play

Shinjig has played at a wide range of venues mainly in and around West Yorkshire. Most of their work is within about an hour and a half's drive from Huddersfield but bookings at greater distances are always negotiable: The band have been as far afield as Redditch, the Lake District and North Wales.

They have played at the universities of Leeds, Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester, Bradford and York. Other venues include Leeds Armouries; Hazelwood Castle; Swinton Park; Masham; The Midland Hotel, Bradford; Huddersfield Irish Centre; RAF Linton-on-Ouse; Ramada Jarvis, York; Scaitcliffe Hall, Todmorden; Allerton Castle; Knaresborough Golf Club; Rudding House; Wetherby Racecourse; York Racecourse; Ripley Castle and many others.
